ji17 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ji17.vu, creating an account, or using any part of the ji17 platform — whether through the website or the ji17 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of ji17, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site, and anyone using the platform from any location in the Philippines. Continued use of ji17 after any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Only one account per person is permitted. If our systems detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ji17 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted. Ji17 treats any action taken using your login credentials as an action authorised by you.

• Deposits are credited to your ji17 PHP wallet after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been verified under your account. Ji17 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes without finding a violation, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
